The Application Analyst II is primarily responsible for supporting all aspects of applications that support the operation of the clinic. The role will also provide technical application support, troubleshooting, systems change management, and training of users. The individual will also support senior analysts and engineers with testing and process development and end to end system configuration tasks.
Responsibilities
- In addition to the responsibilities associated with the Application Analyst I
- Builds, tests, manages, and supports application security.
- Designs and builds tier one technical support processes, such as break fix, troubleshooting, and systems change management.
- Designs, builds, manages, and supports tier 2 technical support processes.
- Builds and manages training.
- Builds and manages technical documentation.
- Complies with all regulatory mandates, as applicable.
- Designs system configuration.
- Requirements gathering and analysis
Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of IT experience; preferably in a health care setting
- Able to rapidly solve IT systems problems that interfere with or disable clinical operations.
- Ability to identify and triage issues appropriately.
- Ability to organize and prioritize concurrent responsibilities and demands.
- Ability to use initiative and sound judgment in carrying out responsibilities.
- Ability to meet timelines for assigned tasks.
- Ability to train others in how to use systems.
- Ability to build relationships while maintaining appropriate boundaries.
- Ability to work in a complex, fast paced, health care environment.
- Demonstrated interest in advancing technical capability.
- Customer service skills.
Preferred:
- BA/BS in related field
- MS Visio, Excel
- Transact SQL basic working knowledge

The annual base salary range for this position is from $93,100.80 to $139,630.40 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
