We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager for all of our products. We want someone who’s experienced and comfortable with a fast-paced startup environment, which means you’ll be given ownership and great responsibility.

  • Expertise in delivering software in an agile lifecycle framework
  • Proficient with engaging relevant stakeholders across functions to mitigate team impediments and keep all stakeholders updated
  • Expertise in performance management, career growth and mentorship
  • Expertise in goal setting and optimizing teams for throughput
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with git/version control tools
  • Experience solving technical, operational, and organizational challenges
  • Facilitate getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work
  • Ability to influence others to adopt a new perspective and handle interpersonal issues with tact and diplomacy


  • 3-5 years managing and leading full life-cycle software development teams Experience with the development process through design, implementation, and deployment
  • Experience working closely with the executive team to develop a software roadmap for future features and improvements
  • Experience mentoring team members, encouraging career and personal growth
  • Experience ensuring team meets deadlines and launch dates through an effective sprint planning process and daily standups
  • Experience collaborating effectively across teams, including outside of engineering

Preferred/Other Skills

  • Laravel Experience
  • Vue.js experience
  • AWS Certification or relevant experience
  • Agile Methodology experience (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Knowledge of Software Design Principles
