Who We’re Seeking:

Agile Project Manager is the delivery lead on development pods at Omaze. This role interacts with engineering, product, product design, QA, and stakeholders. The Agile Project Manager leads cross functional project facilitation and agile ceremonies. Join a mission driven company to deliver constantly improving results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide project clarity and accountability by delivering high quality results on schedule
  • Foster alignment within and across development pods
  • Utilize project management skills to measure progress, resolve blockers, and communicate risks
  • Drive continuous improvement and take ownership of development issues in order to quickly surface and organize solutions
  • Monitor and improve team health. Organize and measure team performance
  • Function as servant leader to drive delivery and execution
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies: Stand ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, sprint demo’s
  • Work with product manager on defining road maps
  • Collaborate on continuously empowering and building the development community
  • Monitor and track PRD’s, TRD’s and ticket tech specs
  • In depth understanding of the products the team is developing

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • 3 + years of experience with agile product development, project management, and technology related work
  • Experience leading and facilitating scrum ceremonies
  • Interested in continuous growth and constantly striving for improvement
  • Experience working with distributed teams and facilitating virtual as well as in-person meetings
  • Experience understanding product and engineering requirements and translating needs into timelines and resources
  • Ability to deliver roadmaps
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Capable collaborating with stakeholders and informing leadership in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly focused, detail-oriented, and collaborative
  • Self-driven problem solver, comfortable taking initiative
  • Ability to build strong productive relationships
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
