About Us

C4ADS is a nonprofit investigative research organization dedicated to exposing illicit networks that threaten global peace and security. We combine rigorous open-source research with advanced data science, network analysis, and custom software to investigate sanctions evasion, arms trafficking, corruption, and other transnational threats. Our analysts and engineers work side by side, building tools and producing findings that inform policy, support law enforcement, and drive real-world impact.
