About Us

GovSkills is a recruiting platform built exclusively for government agencies and the people who want to work there. We're on a mission to bridge the gap between qualified candidates and meaningful public service roles by translating complex government job postings into clear, accessible language.

Our platform goes beyond keyword matching. We analyze entire resumes and job descriptions to understand the whole person and the whole role in context. This helps agencies find talented candidates they'd otherwise miss, and helps job seekers discover opportunities across city, county, state, and federal government without needing to decode "government speak.”

We're preparing to launch our MVP! Join us at the ground floor to take real ownership over our engineering direction, build something from 0-1, and experience the intensity and autonomy of early-stage startup life, while making public service careers accessible to everyone.
