With the release of ChatGPT, we have witnessed a renewed interest in what artificial intelligence (AI) offers professionals and businesses alike. How can AI and generative AI help HR professionals with their daily practices and help improve the candidate and employee experience?

In today’s session, we will look at what AI is, how it impacts HR, and what market trends we are seeing. This product-agnostic session focuses on the types of technologies being used and mega-trends caused by AI that will impact how we practice HR.

Make sure to have a laptop available for the end of the session for the workshop. We will explore using ChatGPT and other skills products available on the market.

About the speaker

Megan Marie Butler brings together over ten years of professional experience working in business operations, HR, and Health & Safety, with over seven years of working as an industry AI HR analyst, advisor, and consultant while completing her Ph.D. looking at the AI HR market. Megan brings together her unique blend of professional experience with technology and analytical expertise to help HR professionals understand how HR technology is changing with the introduction of AI.
