Overview
This is 100% remote position. CHLA requires a primary residence in California prior to start date.
Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Business Analyst II will lead the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business and technical requirements for digital development projects. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize digital solutions, perform detailed data analysis, and support the entire digital development lifecycle. This role requires a deeper understanding of digital development practices and offers an opportunity to contribute to more complex projects.
Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: Required:
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, digital development, or a related field.
• Proficiency in digital development and support methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Education/Licensure/Certification: Required: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Computer Sciences, Business or combination of relevant experience and education.
Pay Scale Information
$88,962.00-$152,506.00

Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
