Position Summary

This position with the Department of Psychiatry assists the investigator with various aspects of data analysis and computer programming, which includes collecting data, data set management, and analysis including statistics and regression models.

 

 

Job Description

 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collects data that will be used for case-control studies.

  • Working knowledge of research data management and effective organization skills.

  • Maintains a system for data set management of data collected from studies.

  • Performs analyses from secondary data sources; analyses include statistics and regression models.

  • Enters information into the computer or onto data forms, generates tables, reports, statistics or computations.

  • Maintains, updates, and enhances the system to support configuration changes.

  • Maintenance of department records, reports and files as required.

  • Assists the investigator identifying trends and educational needs.

  • Assists with care and maintenance of department equipment and supplies.

  • Works independently and maintains confidentiality.

Salary Range

$17.03 - $24.61 / Hourly

 

 

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
