2026 NobleReach Scholars Program
The NobleReach Scholars Program connects recent graduates with fully compensated tech roles focused on cybersecurity, AI, IT, business, engineering, and more within government agencies and mission-driven industry organizations focused on tackling complex challenges
Scholars will work in one of 4 strategic domains (Artificial Intelligence, Business Process Innovation, Computing & Cybersecurity, or Materials & Manufacturing). An overview of each domain can be found on the Scholars program web page.

Minimum Program Eligibility Requirements
- Recent graduate who has obtained a Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution between December 2022 and August 2026
- A cumulative GPA from your most recent degree of 3.2 or higher
- Demonstrated interest and experience (jobs, internships, volunteer experiences, student organizations, etc.) in one of our four strategic domains
- Willing and able to move anywhere in the United States for your placement
- Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- Certain roles will require you to be a U.S. Citizen and/or eligible to obtain a security clearance
