You'll play a pivotal role in defining how we translate market needs into product strategy. What You'll Do
Expand the Product Discipline

Contribute to the expansion and impact of processes and artifacts that translate market learning into clear product direction

Contribute to the expansion and impact of feedback loops to ensure what we build solves partner problems
Drive Market-Informed Strategy

Act as the voice of the market (not just individual customers), understanding needs across government administrator and beneficiary segments

Engage with government officials, community advisors, and stakeholders to gather insights

Convert market understanding into detailed requirements, narratives, and specifications
Own Product Execution

Manage a slice of the product roadmap and track investment, development trajectory, and ongoing market fit

Create user journeys, workflow maps, and prototypes that communicate feature requirements clearly

Build cross-functional alignment with engineering, strategy, and commercial teams
Shape Our Technical Future

Guide integration of AI capabilities across the platform while maintaining accessibility and dignity

Evaluate complex interaction design for our low/no-code configuration platform

Balance innovation with the operational realities of government technology
What We're Looking For

Enterprise B2B product experience, preferably in B2G or civic tech

Strong product intuition including design principles and UX/UI sensibilities

Ability to create structure from ambiguity and establish new practices

Experience translating customer needs into technical requirements

Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Adaptability to work at both strategic and tactical levels

Compensation and Location
For this full-time position, you can work from anywhere in the United States. The salary range for this role is $115,000 - $145,000.
